Refund & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your SAGGII pieces, but if you need to make a change, here’s how:

Refunds & Exchanges
We accept refund or exchange requests within 3 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email or DM us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Once approved, ship the item back in original condition.
3. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

We do not accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or without tags.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
